On 19th Dec, 2019, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between Guanghua Education Group and APAX Recreation was held at the headquarters of Guanghua Education Group. Dr Lu Yuzong, Chairman of Guanghua, Mr Li Zhenglin, Vice President of Guanghua, Mr Zhu Guoliang, Chairman of APAX Recreation, Zhuang Zhenni, COO and General Manager of APAX Recreation, and other project leaders, were present at the ceremony
The strategic cooperation will focus on Discovery channel and the landing and promotion of its relevant business concerning sports and recreation. Based on the building of “Discovery Adventures Park”, the two will have extensive and in-depth cooperation in IP introduction, course and product development, incubation of innovative programs and other spheres.
